Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Bone Saw A1305040 is a manual butcher's saw with a 40 cm (15¾") blade for cutting bone and portioning carcasses in butcher shops, meat-processing rooms and professional kitchens. The frame is painted carbon steel and the blade is stainless steel, and the nylon handle is riveted to the frame for a firm grip.

The blade is held by a screw fixing with a wing nut, so it can be tensioned and replaced without separate tools. Sanelli lists a matching spare blade (A1311040) and a spare handle with screws (A1315100) for this saw. The same model is also made with 45 cm and 50 cm blades (A1305045, A1305050), and a fully stainless steel version of this screw-fixing saw is also available (A1301040).

We show both: the main price includes VAT for your selected delivery country, and the smaller price excludes VAT. Use “Deliver to” to choose your delivery country.
