The Sanelli Ambrogio Slim Grater A1029000 has a julienne cutting edge on the same narrow 22 cm blade as the rest of the slim grater range, pulling vegetables into fine strips in one pass rather than grating them into crumbs.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutlery and kitchen tools in Premana, Italy, since 1864, and the company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018. The same slim grater body is also made with fine, medium and fine plus medium grating surfaces.
