Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Wide Grater A1033000 has a 13.5 cm wide julienne blade, pulling vegetables into fine strips in one pass across a broader head than the slim grater range, for higher-volume prep in restaurant and catering kitchens.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutlery and kitchen tools in Premana, Italy, since 1864, and the company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018. It is part of a wide grater range that also includes a fine grain, a coarse grain and a wide slicer for chocolate and hard cheese.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Who can place an order on the website?

Businesses in the HoReCa sector, including restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, catering companies, as well as sole proprietors and legal entities.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

We show both: the main price includes VAT for your selected delivery country, and the smaller price excludes VAT. Use “Deliver to” to choose your delivery country. Where VAT cannot yet be calculated, the price label says so and tax is calculated at checkout. Eligible cross-border EU business purchases may qualify for VAT exemption after a valid VAT number is checked at checkout. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before you confirm your order.
