Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Slim Grater A1026000 is a professional fine-grain grater with a narrow 22 cm blade, for fine gratings of hard cheese, citrus zest, chocolate and spices in restaurant and catering kitchens. The slim head reaches into containers and over plates where a wide grater does not fit, and the fine teeth give a light, even texture rather than coarse shavings.

Ambrogio Sanelli has made professional cutlery and kitchen tools in Premana, Italy, since 1864, and the company is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2018. The same slim grater body is also made with a fine plus medium grain, a medium grain and a julienne cutting edge.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Who can place an order on the website?

Businesses in the HoReCa sector, including restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, catering companies, as well as sole proprietors and legal entities.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

We show both: the main price includes VAT for your selected delivery country, and the smaller price excludes VAT. Use “Deliver to” to choose your delivery country. Where VAT cannot yet be calculated, the price label says so and tax is calculated at checkout. Eligible cross-border EU business purchases may qualify for VAT exemption after a valid VAT number is checked at checkout. Delivery charges and the final total are shown before you confirm your order.
