Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Ham Press Iberico A1461000 clamps a whole leg of ham or a similar cured joint on a fixed post for carving. The lacquered pine base measures 50 x 21 cm, and the post stands 26 cm tall on a 3 cm wooden base block.

The wooden construction keeps the press lighter than Ambrogio Sanelli's stainless steel and marble ham presses, at 3.8 kg, while still holding a full leg steady for slicing.

The range also includes the foldable ham press (A1460000), the Elite press with a dismountable stainless steel post (A1462000), and stainless steel presses on wooden or marble bases (A1465000, A1466000).
