Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Foldable Ham Press A1460000 holds a whole leg of ham or a similar cured joint steady for carving, and folds flat for storage when it is not on the counter. The frame measures 40 x 17 cm and stands 10 cm tall, on a 3 cm wooden base.

The frame is lacquered pine, a lighter build than Ambrogio Sanelli's stainless steel ham presses, and it weighs 1.9 kg, suiting a deli counter or carvery station that needs to put the press away between services.

The range also includes stainless steel presses on wooden or marble bases (A1465000, A1466000) and the heavier Iberico and Elite presses (A1461000, A1462000).
