Description

The Sanelli Ambrogio Elite Ham Press A1462000 clamps a whole leg of ham or a similar cured joint on a stainless steel AISI 304 post for carving. The polyethylene base measures 50 x 21 cm with a 3 cm base thickness, the post stands 34 cm tall, and the whole press weighs 6.9 kg.

The press comes apart for cleaning, and both the polyethylene base and the stainless steel parts are dishwasher safe, which suits a busy delicatessen counter better than a press that has to be wiped down by hand.

The range also includes the foldable ham press (A1460000), the wood-based Iberico press (A1461000), and stainless steel presses on wooden or marble bases (A1465000, A1466000).
