Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Bone Saw A1302045 is a manual butcher's saw with a 45 cm (17¾") stainless steel blade and a quick-change flip lever fixing, for cutting bone and portioning carcasses in butcher shops, meat-processing rooms and professional kitchens. The lever tensions and releases the blade for a fast change, instead of the screw and wing nut on the A1301 saw.

Frame and blade are stainless steel, and the nylon handle is riveted to the frame for a firm grip. Sanelli lists a matching spare blade (A1312045), a spare handle with screws (A1315100), a spare blade-tightener (A1315200) and a spare screw (A1315300) for this saw. This stainless model is also made with a 50 cm blade (A1302050), and the same flip-lever mechanism is available with a painted carbon steel frame (A1306045).
