Description

The Ambrogio Sanelli Bone Saw A1306045 is a manual butcher's saw with a 45 cm (17¾") stainless steel blade and a quick-change flip lever fixing, for cutting bone and portioning carcasses in butcher shops, meat-processing rooms and professional kitchens. The frame is painted carbon steel and the lever tensions and releases the blade for a fast change without separate tools.

The nylon handle is riveted to the frame for a firm grip. Sanelli lists a matching spare blade (A1312045), a spare handle with screws (A1315100), a spare blade-tightener (A1315200) and a spare screw (A1315300) for this saw. The same flip-lever mechanism is also made with a fully stainless steel frame (A1302045), and the painted screw-fixing version of this saw is available in 40, 45 and 50 cm (A1305040, A1305045, A1305050).
