Description

The Was Pizza Pan (330 mm) is a steel non-stick oven tray designed for baking pizzas in professional kitchens, pizzerias, restaurants and catering operations. With a 330 mm external diameter and a shallow 10 mm rim, it delivers even heat transfer and easy pizza release, making high-volume service straightforward.

Pressed-in feet on the underside allow hot air to circulate beneath the pan, promoting a consistently crisp base — a practical advantage in busy deck or convection ovens. The non-stick coating simplifies cleaning and extends pan life under daily use. Also available in a larger Ø 37 cm format for bigger pizzas.
