Description

The Was 200 mm round pizza pan is a blue steel carbon steel bakeware item for pizzerias, restaurant kitchens and bakeries needing a compact individual-portion pan. Thermally treated to a blued finish, the carbon steel construction promotes even heat distribution and develops a natural non-stick seasoning with use — no coating to chip or degrade.

At 200 mm nominal diameter with a 25 mm rim and a rolled edge for added rigidity, this pan is sized for personal pizzas and ideal for high-volume operations where consistent results pan after pan matter. Hand-wash only to preserve the blued finish.
