Description

The OEM FX/402/T is a fixed-head spiral dough mixer for professional bakeries, pizzerias, and high-volume restaurant kitchens, handling batches up to 40 kg of dough at hydration levels between 50 % and 60 %. Driven by a 1.1 kW motor with two selectable speeds, it delivers consistent gluten development without overworking the dough.

The stainless steel bowl and painted steel frame are built for daily commercial use, while the micro-switch safety guard on the bowl keeps operation compliant with kitchen safety standards. Optional castors make repositioning straightforward in busy production environments.
