Two selectable spiral speeds — 85 rpm and 170 rpm — let operators move from gentle incorporation to a fast, thorough mix, while the bowl rotates at a corresponding 10 or 20 rpm to ensure consistent gluten development. The built-in timer adds precision to every batch, and the lid's ingredient port means operators can add flour, water, or oil mid-cycle without stopping the machine.

Built for durability in demanding kitchens, the Hercules 30 pairs a high-efficiency ventilated motor and oil-bath gearbox with a reinforced chain drive and a forged spiral tool — components engineered for continuous daily use. The bowl shaft is AISI 304 stainless steel with a reinforced edge, and the cabinet is fabricated from heavy-gauge C40 steel.
