Description
The Saro TOSCA is a heat lamp gantry for keeping a 1/1 GN container of food warm at the pass or carving station in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. The aluminium frame carries two white infrared lamps (E27 sockets) over the tray position, and it is supplied without the GN container.
Height adjusts from 595 to 795 mm, with an on/off switch; it connects to 230 V, 50/60 Hz at up to 0.25 kW, measures 350 x 425 mm at the base, and weighs 2 kg net (3 kg gross).
