The Eurotec Riga MWP1050-30M is a commercial microwave oven with a 30 L GN 2/3-compatible cavity, built for busy professional kitchens that need reliable, fast reheating and defrosting on a standard 230 V single-phase supply. Powered by a Toshiba magnetron delivering 1.0 kW of cooking output, it accepts GN 2/3 containers and platters up to 330 mm in diameter directly on its fixed ceramic tray — no turntable to remove or break.

Operation is intentionally straightforward: two rotary dials give chefs instant control over one of five power levels and a timer up to 10 minutes, with a built-in defrost function for frozen product. The fully stainless steel exterior and interior hold up to the rigours of daily commercial use, while the interior light and see-through door window let staff monitor progress without opening the door.
