The Menumaster DEC18E2 is a heavy-duty commercial compact microwave oven for high-volume countertop use, delivering 1800 W of microwave output from a 17 L stainless steel cavity. Built by ACP (American Cooking Products), it is designed for restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations that need reliable, rapid heating in a space-efficient footprint.
Control is handled through a touch panel with 11 power levels, up to 100 programmable menu items and 4-stage cooking sequences — giving kitchen teams consistent, repeatable results across a busy service. Smart USB connectivity allows menu programs to be loaded or backed up quickly across multiple units. The stackable countertop construction maximises station flexibility, and a removable, cleanable air filter keeps maintenance straightforward.
The full stainless steel interior features a gasket-sealed borosilicate tray for hygienic operation and easy cleaning, while the grab-and-pull door opens to 90° — practical in tight kitchen layouts where speed and ergonomics matter.
