This 18-pan freezer uses ventilated (fan-assisted) cooling to even out temperature across the whole display, holding gelato at a scoopable texture through a long service. It suits gelaterias, ice cream parlours and dessert bars that need even temperature under a flat-glass front.
Running at -20 to -14°C, energy use is 10342kWh a year (class D) at 2450W. The glass is heated to stop condensation from blurring the view of the display. Noise runs at 56 dB(A). Net weight is 270kg.
