Description
Ventilated cooling spreads cold air evenly across every pan, so this 12-pan display holds gelato and ice cream at a consistent scooping texture from the first serve to the last. A glass front fronts the display, sold for gelaterias, ice cream parlours and high-turnover dessert counters.
Held at -20 to +10°C, it draws 1350W and uses 5621kWh a year (class C). It can also be multiplexed into a continuous run alongside matching units. Noise runs at 54 dB(A). An electronic controller with digital display manages the temperature. EPREL number 1110046 covers the EU energy label.
