Description

The Was Großküchensieb 2060 is a commercial kitchen strainer with a 280 mm diameter bowl, designed for high-volume straining, rinsing and draining tasks in professional kitchens. Built from CrNi stainless steel with a 1 mm mesh, it handles everything from blanched vegetables to pasta and stocks without bending or corroding under daily use.

A wire-reinforced rim keeps the bowl rigid under load, and the integrated hanging eyelet means it stores cleanly on a hook rail between uses — practical details that matter in a busy kitchen. At 290 mm tall, it sits stably over most standard pots and gastronorm containers. A solid, no-nonsense tool for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering operations and institutional canteens.
