Description

The Was Conical Strainer 230 mm is a professional kitchen strainer for passing sauces, stocks and soups, with a 230 mm diameter cone and 2 mm perforation holes. Built from seamless stainless steel (CrNi), it handles daily high-volume use in restaurant and hotel kitchens without corroding or retaining odours.

The flat, seamless handle provides a secure grip during straining, and the 16 cm cone depth gives enough volume for efficient single-pass work. A reliable workhorse for line cooks, sauciers and catering teams who need a consistent, easy-to-clean tool at a practical price point.

Do I need to register to place an order?

Who can place an order on the website?

Businesses in the HoReCa sector, including restaurants, cafés, bars, hotels, catering companies, as well as sole proprietors and legal entities.

Are prices shown with or without VAT?

We show both: the main price includes VAT for your selected delivery country, and the smaller price excludes VAT. Use “Deliver to” to choose your delivery country. Where VAT cannot yet be calculated, the price label says so and tax is calculated at checkout. Eligible cross-border EU business purchases may qualify for VAT exemption after a valid VAT number is checked at checkout.
