The Was Seiher Colander (280 mm) is a professional kitchen strainer for draining pasta, vegetables and stocks, available in 28 cm and 40 cm diameters to suit prep volumes across restaurant, hotel and catering kitchens. Constructed from CrNi chrome-nickel stainless steel, it handles daily high-volume use and stands up to commercial dishwashers without corroding or warping.
Part of the Was Seiher product line, this 280 mm model is a practical, durable choice for any professional kitchen where hygiene and longevity matter. The larger 40 cm size is also available for high-throughput operations.
