Description

The Maxima induction hob is a freestanding, 3500 W tabletop unit with a 28 cm cooking surface for flat-bottomed pans between 16 and 28 cm, suited to catering kitchens, buffets, events and cooking workshops. The touch panel with LED display sets the temperature between 60 and 240 degrees Celsius in 10 steps, with a timer from 0 to 180 minutes. It takes a maximum load of 40 kg, and the robust stainless steel housing carries a high-quality glass top.

The hob runs on a 230 V, single-phase supply. External dimensions are 440 x 540 x 130 mm and net weight is 8.9 kg. It is equipped with overheat protection and a safety lock, and the smooth glass surface is cleaned with a microfibre cloth, water and a mild detergent.
