Description

The Maxima induction hob is a freestanding, 2000 W tabletop unit with an 18 cm cooking surface, built to quickly add cooking capacity for buffets, events, cooking workshops and catering kitchens. It works with flat-bottomed induction pans between 12 and 26 cm in diameter and takes a maximum load of 20 kg. The touch panel with LCD display sets the temperature between 60 and 240 degrees Celsius in 10 steps, and a timer runs from 0 to 180 minutes. The robust housing is ABS plastic with a glass top.

The hob runs on a 230 V, single-phase supply. External dimensions are 290 x 355 x 62 mm and net weight is 2.6 kg. Overheat protection and a child lock are built in, and the smooth glass surface is cleaned with a microfibre cloth, water and a mild detergent.
