Description

The Maxima induction hob is a freestanding, 2700 W tabletop unit with a 26 cm cooking surface for flat-bottomed pans, ideal for adding capacity in a catering kitchen or at home. The touch panel with LED display sets the temperature between 60 and 240 degrees Celsius in 5 degree steps, with a timer from 0 to 180 minutes. The robust stainless steel housing carries a high-quality glass top, and a safety lock allows safe use and storage.

The hob runs on a 230 V, single-phase supply. External dimensions are 320 x 368 x 93 mm and net weight is 4 kg. It is equipped with electrical overheat protection, and the smooth glass surface is cleaned with a microfibre cloth, water and a mild detergent.
