Description

The OEM Helios 104 is an electric rotary-deck pizza oven for high-volume professional kitchens, capable of baking up to 7 pizzas simultaneously on a 1040 mm rotating refractory stone and reaching a peak temperature of 530 °C. A single-chamber design with a truncated-prism cross-section promotes even heat distribution, while independently controlled upper and lower heating elements let operators dial in the exact bake profile for different pizza styles.

The rotating stone runs at adjustable, reversible speeds — eliminating the need to manually turn pizzas — and the oven can sustain a throughput of around 70 pizzas per hour, making it a strong fit for busy pizzerias, hotel restaurants, and catering operations. The gas-spring-assisted, double-glazed door and refractory-lined chamber walls help retain heat efficiently during the constant loading and unloading that high-traffic service demands.

Free-standing and adaptable to frontal, corner, or central island positioning, the Helios 104 fits a range of kitchen layouts. The casing colour is customisable on request, so the oven can match the aesthetic of open or theatre-kitchen environments.
