Description
The OEM TL105 is a static electric conveyor (tunnel) pizza oven for high-volume pizzerias, restaurants and catering operations, delivering consistent, hands-free baking at 11.5 kW on a 400 V supply. Armour-plated resistances mounted on both the ceiling and bed plate heat a refractory firebrick chamber evenly, while the 500 mm wide stainless-steel conveyor belt carries up to two pizzas per cycle from loading to perfectly baked result — no operator intervention required.
Control is entirely electronic: baking temperature and time are regulated by adjusting conveyor belt speed, and seven customisable programmes let kitchen teams lock in consistent results across different crust styles or toppings. A built-in standby mode cuts energy draw during quiet service periods, and the halogen chamber-lighting system allows visual inspection without opening the oven. For growing operations, up to three TL105 chambers can be stacked to multiply output without expanding the kitchen footprint.
