Description

The Moretti Forni T75E is a modular electric conveyor oven from the Serie T line, designed for high-throughput pizza and flatbread production in pizzerias, restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Running on 400 V three-phase power at 16.55 kW, it reaches up to 400 °C and can bake up to 48 pizzas per hour per deck (Ø330 mm), with three pizzas moving simultaneously through its 500 mm wide belt — making it a serious production tool in a compact footprint.

Precise heat management comes from Moretti Forni's patented Dual-Temp® Technology, which controls ceiling and floor temperatures independently via two high-sensitivity thermocouples. The Best-Flow® labyrinth ducting system delivers forced hot air evenly across the belt, while Adaptive-Power® PID logic continuously adjusts energy draw to match the actual load — improving consistency and reducing running costs. ECO-SMARTBAKING® adds programmable standby and economy modes, and up to 100 recipes can be stored and managed on the digital LCD controller. An optional WiFi module enables remote recipe downloads, live oven monitoring and external service diagnostics.

Stainless steel construction with high-density insulation keeps external surfaces safe to the touch via Cool-Around Technology, and the reversible belt adjusts bake time between 2 and 20 minutes. Up to three T75E units stack without a chimney connection, letting operators scale capacity incrementally. Legs and castors are included as standard. Made in Italy.
