The WAS GN 91 is a stainless steel gastronorm tray in GN 1/6 format, designed for food storage, preparation and service in professional kitchens. At 150 mm deep with a solid, non-perforated base and 0.7 mm wall construction, it holds 2.2 litres and fits standard GN racks, bain-maries and refrigerated inserts used in restaurants, hotels and catering operations.
