Description

The Maxima single fondant roller flattens fondant for wedding cakes and larger decorating work, taking widths from 26 to 45 cm and fondant weights from 210 to 700 g without heating it. A thickness control adjusts the roller from 0 to 4 mm, and the front switch chooses manual feeding or the included foot pedal. The housing is stainless steel with a transparent safety cover over the roller. Sprinkle the fondant with icing sugar before rolling to stop it sticking, and clean the machine with a dry cloth only; water lets sugar or flour residue build up.

Connection 230 V, 250 W. External dimensions 670 x 340 x 425 mm, inlet 380 x 55 mm, net weight 24.5 kg. A foot pedal and a spare set with springs and rings are included. The 30 cm size of the same fondant roller can be selected above.
