Description

The Maxima single fondant roller flattens fondant for cake coating and decorations from 14 to 30 cm wide, handling fondant pieces of 80 to 210 g without heating it. A dial sets the thickness from 0 to 4 mm, and the front switch chooses manual feeding or the included foot pedal. The housing is stainless steel with a transparent safety cover over the roller. Sprinkle the fondant with icing sugar before rolling to stop it sticking, and clean the machine with a dry cloth only; water lets sugar or flour residue stick inside.

Connection 230 V, 250 W. External dimensions 490 x 340 x 380 mm, inlet 280 x 55 mm, net weight 19 kg. A spare set with springs and rings is included. The other size of the same fondant roller can be selected above.
