Description

The Maxima single dough roller flattens pizza bases from 26 to 45 cm, handling dough weights from 210 to 700 g without heating the dough. A dial knob sets the thickness from 0 to 4 mm, and the front switch chooses manual feeding or the included foot pedal. The housing is stainless steel with wide base feet and a transparent safety cover over the rolling area. Clean it with a dry cloth only; water lets wet flour stick inside over time.

Connection 230 V, 250 W. External dimensions 670 x 350 x 430 mm, inlet 375 x 55 mm, net weight 24 kg. A spare set with springs and rings is included. The 30 cm size of the same single roller can be selected above.
