Description
The Vitrum CTP12.3.MD.3 is a stainless steel pizza preparation counter from our CTP saladette series, designed for high-output pizza and cold-prep stations in restaurants, pizzerias, and catering kitchens. Built to 1260 × 650 × 900 mm, it holds ingredients at a stable 2–6 °C and draws just 0.25 kW on a standard single-phase supply, keeping running costs low even in continuous service.
The MD compressor unit sits centrally beneath the worktop with a drawer on top, flanked by two three-drawer blocks riding on telescopic stainless steel guides — giving your prep team fast, smooth access to full GN 1/1 storage below while up to nine GN 1/9-150 topping trays sit ready at the rail. The cabinet is insulated with high-density two-component polyurethane foam injected seamlessly for lasting thermal efficiency, and the eco-friendly R290 refrigerant keeps the unit compliant with current F-gas requirements.
All contact surfaces are INOX throughout, adjustable-height legs make levelling on uneven kitchen floors straightforward, and the counter integrates cleanly into existing prep lines. Contact us for custom sizes and a quote.
