The Vitrum Pizza Counter Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTP12.1.MD.1 is a refrigerated saladette table with doors, purpose-built for pizza preparation stations, holding a working temperature between 2 °C and 6 °C across a 1,260 mm wide all-stainless-steel worksurface. The MD configuration places the compressor centrally beneath a top-mounted drawer, freeing the worktop for full-width GN pan access — up to nine GN 1/9-150 inserts or a mix of larger formats — while the cabinet below accommodates a full GN 1/1-200 container on telescopic stainless steel guides.

Insulation uses seamless injected high-density two-component polyurethane foam, minimising cold-bridge risk and maintaining stable temperatures even in busy kitchen environments. The R290 refrigerant, automatic defrost and electronic controller reduce daily maintenance demands and support energy-efficient operation on a standard 230 V single-phase supply. GN trays are not included, allowing operators to specify the exact pan configuration that suits their topping layout.
