Description
The Vitrum CT12.3.MD.1.B is a refrigerated cold table with drawers and door for professional kitchen use, holding a +2 °C to +6 °C working range across a 1260 mm wide all-stainless worksurface. We build it with high-density seamless polyurethane foam insulation and an R290 refrigerant compressor, keeping energy draw to just 0.25 kW on a standard single-phase supply — a practical, low-footprint solution for busy prep lines in restaurants, hotels and catering kitchens.
Our CT12.3.MD.1.B combines a three-drawer GN 1/1 block with an integrated compressor drawer and a hinged door section with interior shelf, giving your team flexible, organised cold storage without leaving the workstation. The rear upstand keeps the worktop clean and splash-free, adjustable legs level the unit on uneven kitchen floors, and the electronic controller with power-interruption protection keeps temperatures stable through brief outages. Automatic defrosting means no manual intervention during service.
