Description
Description
The Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CT20.1.1.MB.3.3.B is a refrigerated preparation table for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations, holding ingredients at a stable +2 °C to +6 °C across a 2060 mm working width. The integrated motor block keeps the compressor self-contained within the unit, eliminating the need for a separate condensing unit and simplifying installation under the counter.
Behind its two solid doors, the cabinet holds six shelves in total — three per section — giving prep teams organised, accessible cold storage directly at the work surface. The worktop is fitted with a backsplash, protecting walls and making the line easier to clean at the end of service. Drawing just 0.49 kW, the CT20.1.1.MB.3.3.B suits any standard 230 V supply and runs efficiently even during extended service periods.
Purpose-built for high-volume prep stations where cold ingredient access and worktop space must coexist, this unit is a practical choice for busy à la carte kitchens, hotel banqueting prep, and central production facilities.
