Description
The Vitrum CT20.3.3.1.1.M is a made-to-order refrigerated table from our Vitrum Cooling Workbenches line, combining six GN 1/1-150 drawers across two 3-drawer blocks with two doors — each fitted with an internal shelf — in a 2060 mm wide all-stainless-steel worktop unit. It holds a steady 2–6 °C and runs on a single-phase 230 V supply, making it a practical fit for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations where prep space and cold storage need to share the same footprint.
Built from INOX stainless steel throughout, the CT20.3.3.1.1.M is designed for real kitchen workloads: the drawer blocks give fast access to portioned ingredients at the line, while the door sections handle bulkier GN 1/1 trays. The centrally located compressor uses the natural refrigerant R290, keeping energy draw low without compromising holding temperature.
As a Vitrum own-production unit, this table is available in custom sizes and configurations to suit your specific pass or prep layout. Contact us for custom sizes and a quote.
