Vitrum Cold Table CT16.3.MD.3.3.SL, 10 Drawers, Sink Left

The Vitrum CT16.3.MD.3.3.SL is a refrigerated cold table with drawers and an integrated sink for professional kitchens, holding ingredients between +2 and +6 °C. A three-drawer block for GN 1/1-150 trays sits on one side of the central cooling compressor, which carries a further drawer for a GN 1/1-200 tray on top, and two further three-drawer blocks sit on the other side, ten drawers in total, with an extended worktop and a sink on the left, across a 1660 x 650 x 900 mm stainless steel body.

The central cooling compressor is a removable, standardised cassette that can be swapped within minutes, with a self-cleaning condenser filter, automatic defrosting, electronic control and built-in protection against power interruptions. It runs on R290 refrigerant and draws 0.25 kW on a 230 V supply. The body is insulated with high-density two-component polyurethane foam injected without joints, the drawers run on telescopic stainless steel guides with soft rubber gaskets, and the legs are height-adjustable.

GN trays are not included. We build the table to order in our own factory and can adjust the door and drawer layout, add castors or upstands. Contact us for custom sizes and a quote.
