Description
At 264 litres, this is the largest cabinet in the BLCA-X blast chiller line, built for professional kitchens that need to bring high volumes of cooked food through the temperature danger zone quickly and hygienically. Chilling or freezing rapidly rather than leaving food to cool slowly on the side helps preserve its colour, texture and taste. A core-temperature sensor comes as standard, and kitchen staff can run a pre-set cycle or program their own on the touch screen controller.
The cabinet spans a -30°C to +70°C operating range and is built from high-quality SS304 stainless steel throughout, with an interior dimensioned to take both GN and Euronorm pans. It follows the same touch-screen control and stainless steel construction as the smaller cabinets in the BLCA-X range, giving kitchens a consistent blast-chilling setup regardless of which size best fits the pass.
