Description
This 192-litre blast chiller is built for professional kitchens that need to cool or freeze cooked food quickly and hygienically, taking it through the temperature danger zone fast enough to protect colour, texture and taste. A core-temperature sensor is included as standard, and staff can run one of the pre-set programs or set up their own cycle on the touch screen controller. The cabinet is dimensioned to take both GN and Euronorm pans.
Operating across a wide -30°C to +70°C range, the cabinet is built entirely from high-quality SS304 stainless steel inside and out for durability and easy cleaning in a demanding kitchen environment. It shares its touch screen control, core-probe sensing and GN/Euronorm-dimensioned interior with the rest of the BLCA-X blast chiller range, giving kitchens a consistent way of running chill and freeze cycles across several cabinet sizes.
