Description
Sized and shelved specifically for ice cream, this 737L upright freezer holds -24/-18°C across 9 wire shelves built to euronorm 600 x 800mm dimensions, taking up to 54 x 5-litre Napoli pans (pans not included). A reversible, self-closing stainless steel door keeps the cold in between scoops.
Ventilated cooling holds the whole cabinet at an even temperature so the ice cream keeps its taste and texture tub to tub, an internal LED light keeps flavours visible at a glance, and strong wheels make it easy to reposition. A lock secures the cabinet, and the digital thermostat makes setting the target simple for busy service.
