This 900L stainless steel upright freezer is built for busy professional kitchens, holding -24/-18°C behind 2 hinged self-closing solid doors that self-closes with a 105-degree hold-open stop. At 189kg net, it takes two people to lift into its final position, though the strong wheels make everyday repositioning easy.
Ventilated cooling keeps the cabinet at an even temperature shelf to shelf, a digital thermostat sets the target precisely, and a lock secures the contents overnight. Adjustable shelves let the interior be reconfigured as stock changes, running at 45 dB(A) and 9.21 kWh/24h; a gastronorm-dimensioned RK-range sibling is also available where GN pans are needed.
