Purpose-built for fish and seafood, this 507L upright cooler holds -6/+8°C across 7 fish trays with stainless steel risers, so the catch stays iced and visible without ever sitting in standing water. The stainless steel cabinet and self-closing door with a 105-degree hold-open stop suit a wet, hard-working section of the kitchen.
Static cooling keeps the trays gently chilled without a fan drying out exposed fish, and strong wheels make it easy to roll the whole cabinet out for a thorough hose-down between services. A reversible door and adjustable shelves let it drop into either side of a fish prep station.
