Description
This 737L upright freezer is built for back-of-house bakery storage rather than display, with internal guides sized for standard 600x400 and 600x800 bakery trays so a full trolley load of proved goods or frozen stock can go straight in. Catering-grade SS304 stainless steel handles daily knocks from trays and trolleys moving in and out of the room.
The solid door is reversible on site and self-closing, with a lock for stock security overnight, and the cabinet moves on castors, two with brakes, for repositioning during a deep clean. Ventilated cooling with automatic defrost and a digital thermostat holds -24/-18°C; the same body is also available as a cooler in the BK range.
