Description
The cooler counterpart to the BF850, this 737L upright cabinet takes standard 600x400 and 600x800 bakery trays on internal guides, holding proving dough, fillings and other chilled stock at -2/+10°C in the space behind the bakery bench. SS304 stainless steel throughout stands up to constant tray traffic and daily cleaning.
A reversible, self-closing solid door with a lock keeps the room secure and cold air in, and castors, two with brakes, make it easy to move for cleaning behind. Ventilated cooling with automatic defrost and a digital thermostat keeps the temperature even from top to bottom shelf.
