The freezer version of the UPD400 keeps frozen desserts on show at -22/-18°C behind double glazed glass on every side, with a heated frameless glass door that resists misting and fogging so the display stays clear through service. The mirror-effect stainless steel interior lifts the display and LED lighting keeps colours sharp even at freezer temperatures.
Five adjustable glass shelves let staff rearrange stock as it moves, and the black steel exterior matches the cooling UPD400-C for a consistent look where both sit side by side. Automatic defrost and an electronic controller keep the cabinet running unattended through a full trading day.
