Maxima Bakery Freezer, 800 L, Adjustable Shelves, on Wheels

The Maxima 800 L bakery freezer is built for kitchens producing dough and prepared products in bulk: a gross capacity of 800 litres (612 L net) with ten sets of guides, each level taking two 60 x 40 cm trays or one 60 x 80 cm tray, spaced about 10.5 cm apart (trays are not included). Ventilated cooling with an evaporator keeps temperature even, LED lighting lights the interior, and the self-closing door has an antibacterial rubber seal and a lock. The digital Dixell controller sets a range from -10 to -20 °C using CFC-free R290 refrigerant, with an automatic defrost cycle to limit maintenance.

Connection 230 V, 0.75 kW, insulation 6 cm, for ambient temperatures up to 43 °C. Four wheels, two with brakes, make it easy to reposition, and the stainless steel interior has rounded corners for easy cleaning. External dimensions 740 x 990 x 2010 mm, net weight 140 kg.
