Maxima Upright Freezer, 1200 L, 2 Doors, GN 2/1, 6 Shelves

The Maxima 1200 L upright freezer is a double-door, stainless steel reach-in for busy commercial kitchens: a gross capacity of 1200 litres with six shelves sized 2/1 GN, adjustable to suit the layout. Ventilated cooling keeps every shelf at an even temperature, LED lighting lights the interior, and the doors are self-closing and lockable with heated seals to stop them sticking. The digital Dixell controller sets a range from -18 to -22 °C, with an automatic defrost cycle every six hours.

Connection 230 V, 0.7 kW, refrigerant R290, insulation 6 cm, for ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. Four wheels, two with brakes, make it easy to reposition and clean around, though the unit needs a larger footprint than the smaller sizes.
