Maxima Bakery Fridge, 800 L, 10 Guide Sets, on Wheels

The Maxima bakery fridge is a floor-standing stainless steel refrigerator for bakeries and kitchens with high dough and pastry output: about 800 L gross capacity, a ventilated cooling system with evaporator, and a digital controller (Dixell) for precise temperature settings. Ten height-adjustable guide sets each take two 60 x 40 cm shelves or one 60 x 80 cm shelf, and shelves are ordered separately. LED lighting, a self-closing door with integrated lock, and a stainless steel interior with rounded corners and a removable antibacterial door seal complete the fridge.

Connection 230 V, 0.39 kW, refrigerant R290, with automatic defrost. External dimensions 740 x 990 x 2010 mm, internal dimensions 564 x 570 x 1390 mm, net weight 140 kg. Insulation is 60 mm thick and the unit is rated for ambient temperatures up to 43 °C, energy class D. Four wheels, two with brakes, allow the unit to be repositioned.
