Ice cream dipping cabinets

The dipping cabinet is where an ice cream business actually happens — flavours on show and a queue forming outside. It has to hold every tub at a perfect scoop while looking irresistible from the street. Choose the cabinet up front; the back of house builds from the full ice cream and frozen range. Examples include Saro EL ice cream freezers from 177 to 564 litres, NOVA and CUBE dipping freezers, the Torino countertop freezer working at −18 to −24 °C, Tefcold chest freezers from 254 to 524 litres and the Georgia III, Cube II and Volans display cabinets. Ice cream machines are in ice cream and frozen.
