Raising the display to counter height, this scoop freezer holds ice cream where customers can see it, with room for 7 Napoli pans under a flat-glass sneeze guard. It suits gelaterias, gelato bars and high-footfall kiosks that scoop to order all day.
Held at -16 to -14°C by static cooling with automatic, electric defrost, it draws 820W for 2665kWh a year (class B). Below the display, storage holds a further 12 Napoli pans for quick refills. It moves on castors for repositioning at the counter. An interior LED light, switched independently, keeps the display lit.
